This award winning vanilla is made from our pure vanilla extract, American made vanillin and 100% Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla Beans added to each gallon at 1/3 pounds beans per gallon. This vanilla flavoring concentrate is then aged for a minimum of three months which allows the full flavor and richness of the vanilla pods to develop the flavor. Equivalent to a 2-fold vanilla. Excellent in ice creams. Use 2 to 2½ ounces per 5 gallons of ice cream mix or to 50 pounds of icings, cakes, creams, etc.

MEXICAN VANILLA
An authentic 75 year old Mexican Vanilla formula.
Typical rich and creamy Mexican vanilla. Use
