The great thing about this Country Club Ice Cream that you can adjust the flavor and sweetness to be exactly how you want it. You will only need sugar, light corn syrup, evaporated milk, half and half cream, whipping cream, and our Ronald Reginald’s Vanilla Bean Marinade®. Our Ronald Reginald’s Vanilla Bean Marinade® works particularly well in low temperatures where other vanillas have a tendency to wimp out.
Country Club Ice Cream
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup half and half cream
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 tbs. Ronald Reginald's Vanilla Bean Marinade®
- Mix all ingredients well. Chill for 3 hours then freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
